Do I need a Nutritionist?

How easy is it for you to lose weight and keep it off? Too easy! I think I am doing okay. I have good days and bad days, but I am about the same size still I am trying my best, but I am not sure what or how to do it right. I am slowly adding on the pounds. I know I am very overweight, but I've tried everything and nearly lost hope.

How do you feel about diet and exercise? I am on a great diet and I exercise every day! I know diet and exercise is important and try my best to eat healthily and keep fit. Trying to figure out what to eat and how to exercise is frustrating! I have lost track of all my failed attempt at weight loss!

What age category are you? Under 25 25 to 45 46 and over

How much physical exercise do you do per week? I exercise every day! About three times a week for about 30 minutes at a time I try to keep busy and active, but I have no time and I am not sure what to do. I don't do any physical exercise or very little.

How much time do you commit to each week to improve your health? 7 hours or more 4 to 6 hours 2 to 3 hours less than 2 hours
