Skype Session
A 30-minute online session to evaluate the health assessment feedback and the nutritional recommendations and discuss a “how-to” plan so that you can get started immediately with diet changes and lifestyle improvements. We will also discuss the best way to implement the plan in an effective way for you to eat better and feel better.

Daily WhatsApp Support
Health-related and encouragement-based support via WhatsApp. It is not for in-depth questions but a daily motivation help line.
